These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the nurtar platform, including all games, payment services, account features, and promotions available at nurtar.club. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets.

nurtar recommends enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP for your account. 2FA provides an additional security layer that significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access. You can activate 2FA from your account security settings at any time.
nurtar accepts deposits from the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, and UnionBank Online Banking. All accepted payment methods support both deposits and withdrawals.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱200 (Philippine Pesos) per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply based on your account verification status and selected payment channel. These limits are displayed in the Wallet section of your account.
All nurtar accounts are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Funds deposited in any other currency are not accepted. There are no currency conversion fees applicable to deposits made through supported Philippine payment channels.
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or bank accounts that are registered in your own name and over which you have lawful authority. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are prohibited. Deposits made from unverified or third-party sources may be reversed, and associated winnings may be voided.
nurtar does not offer credit facilities of any kind. All deposits must represent funds that you genuinely own and that are not borrowed for the purpose of gambling. nurtar is not responsible for any financial harm arising from gambling with borrowed money.

All RNG-based games offered on nurtar are sourced from certified providers whose random number generators have been independently audited for fairness. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are determined by game providers and reflect long-term statistical averages, not guaranteed returns on individual sessions.
Once a bet has been accepted by the nurtar system, it is final and binding. nurtar reserves the right to void any bet where there is clear evidence of a technical error, a data feed error, or any other manifest error that materially affects the odds or game outcome. In such cases, the stake amount will be returned to the player's wallet.
In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during an active game round, nurtar's system will record the state of play at the point of interruption. Upon reconnection, the game will resume or settle from the last recorded state. nurtar is not liable for losses arising from third-party internet connectivity issues.

Your use of the Services does not grant you any ownership interest in, or licence to reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit, any nurtar intellectual property. You may access and use platform content solely for your own personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.
Game content provided by third-party providers (Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Vivo Live, Spadegaming, CQ9, and others) remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is licensed to nurtar for display on the platform.

Increases to deposit or loss limits are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. Reductions to limits take effect immediately.
Where a player requests self-exclusion, nurtar will suspend all account access, disable deposit functionality, and remove the player from all marketing communications for the duration of the exclusion period. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed within the elected period. You may close your nurtar account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Prior to closing your account, any pending withdrawal requests that satisfy the applicable eligibility criteria will be processed. Upon closure, all bonus balances, promotional credits, and free bet allocations will be forfeited.
nurtar reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Services and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of a dispute between you and nurtar that cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If no resolution is reached within 30 calendar days of written notice of the dispute, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines with jurisdiction over the subject matter.
